I'm happy to report that we are now ready to ship!
The production is complete, and we're beginning the shipping stage. As of now, your Equilibric Vacuum Lids sets are awaiting pickup by the courier.
We expect them to be shipped by the end of tomorrow, and we should receive your tracking information within a week or two.
We are shipping by sea. Please note what this might mean on practice:
1. There will be no tracking updates as long as the ship carrying your parcel is transit. Tracking updates will start showing up as soon as the ship arrives, and the cargo is sorted and clears your local customs.
2. Shipping updates, and in general, will take quite some time to get to the destination. Please await patiently. It shouldn't take longer than our earlier defined estimated shipping date, which is July 2020.
Important!
In 24 hours from now, we will lock all addressed on BackerKit, and no further changes will be possible.
This means that you need to act now, if your address has changed since you provided it over BackerKit.
The address can be changed in your BackerKit survey - simply find the invitation (or confirmation) email from BackerKit. If you can't find it, first make sure you're checking the email that was linked to your Kickstarter account at the moment of your pledge, and second - you can use this webpage below to have another email sent to you:
